Agilent 6890N GC-FID System with G1888A Headspace Sampler

This Agilent 6890N GC-FID System with G1888A Headspace Sampler has been fully tested and refurbished at our in-house testing laboratory.

This integrated Agilent headspace GC-FID system combines an Agilent 6890N (G1530N) Network Gas Chromatograph, an Agilent G1888A Network Headspace Sampler, and an HP control workstation with ChemStation installed. The GC is configured with a split/splitless inlet and flame ionization detector. The G1888A automates static headspace sample introduction for chromatographic separation and FID detection of volatile compounds.

Applications include residual-solvent testing, volatile-impurity analysis, and routine analysis of volatile compounds in pharmaceutical, chemical, environmental, and other complex matrices. AMP cleaned, serviced, and tested the system. GC service included cleaning the injector and detector ports and replacing the liner and septums. Recorded testing includes passing oven-temperature verification and repeatability results.

The system is fully operational and includes an AMP warranty and testing documentation. SYS0440 is sold as one complete system comprising the 6890N GC, G1888A headspace sampler, and HP workstation.
