Put your trust in our Agilent 7890 GC with 7000 Triple Quadrupole MS, thoroughly refurbished, tested, and set up for immediate use in your lab. Our refurbishment process ensures that the system is fully operational, and we back this up with comprehensive customer support and a 90-day parts labor warranty.

The Agilent 7000 7890A Triple Quadrupole GC/MS/MS System with the 7693 Autosampler & Computer was recently acquired by our team in excellent working condition. The unit had been well maintained and fully functional when received. Upon arrival at our facilities in Central Florida, we inspected and tested the system thoroughly. Manufactured in 2011, this Agilent system was then refurbished using only OEM parts to ensure optimal performance. Once refurbishment was complete, it underwent comprehensive OP/OQ testing in our on-site certification laboratory. After passing all tests, the system became AMPTIUS Certified and is now offered for sale with warranty for your peace of mind.

The Agilent 7000 7890A Triple Quadrupole GC/MS/MS System is a high-performance solution for complex analytical testing. It combines gas chromatography with triple quadrupole mass spectrometry, enabling precise detection and quantification of trace compounds in complex samples. The 7693 Autosampler improves sample throughput, while the powerful software allows for seamless data analysis. Commonly used in environmental, pharmaceutical, food safety, and forensic laboratories, it’s ideal for applications that require high sensitivity and accuracy, such as toxicology, pesticide analysis, and contaminant screening.

Price and cost of ownership of Agilent 7000 7890A Triple Quadrupole GC/MS/MS System 7693 Autosampler & Computer

The Agilent 7000 Triple Quadrupole GC/MS/MS System coupled with the 7890A GC, 7693 Autosampler, and Computer delivers powerful quantitative performance for complex sample analysis. A new configuration typically costs around $134,000, while a refurbished unit is available for approximately $75,000, making it a cost-effective solution for labs seeking advanced analytical capabilities on a tighter budget. This system is ideal for applications such as food safety, environmental monitoring, forensics, and pharmaceutical testing, offering high sensitivity and selectivity for trace-level compound detection. The 7890A GC ensures fast, precise separations, while the 7000 TQ mass spectrometer enables robust MRM transitions for targeted quantitation. The 7693 Autosampler adds automation for improved throughput and reproducibility. Long-term ownership costs include consumables (e.g., columns, filaments, liners), maintenance of the vacuum system and ion source, carrier gases (helium or hydrogen), and software or compliance updates. Maintenance contracts are particularly valuable for triple quadrupole systems due to their complexity and critical role in routine workflows. A certified refurbished Agilent 7000/7890A system delivers proven performance, manufacturer-level reliability, and warranty support—making it a smart investment for labs aiming to scale up without sacrificing analytical precision.

Agilent 7000 Series Triple Quad GC-MS/MS System – Advanced Detection for VOCs, SVOCs, and Residues

The Agilent 7000 7890A Triple Quadrupole GC/MS/MS System with 7693 Autosampler is designed for laboratories that require high-sensitivity detection of trace-level compounds in complex sample matrices. It is widely used in environmental testing to monitor pollutants in air, water, and soil, and in food safety labs to identify pesticide residues in agricultural and packaged products. In pharmaceutical settings, the system supports the detection of residual solvents, impurities, and controlled substances. Forensic laboratories depend on it for identifying drugs and toxic substances in biological specimens such as blood or urine. With its robust triple quadrupole mass spectrometer and automated sample introduction, the system delivers accurate, reproducible results with minimal manual intervention. This configuration is fully compatible with demanding methods such as EPA Method 8270D, which targets semi-volatile organic compounds (SVOCs) in environmental samples, and AOAC pesticide residue protocols, which require precise quantitation in complex food matrices. It may also be used for preliminary screening workflows related to EPA Method 1613B for dioxins and furans, though full compliance requires high-resolution MS. The system’s MRM (multiple reaction monitoring) capabilities offer exceptional selectivity and sensitivity, enabling laboratories to meet strict regulatory detection limits and method performance criteria. Its flexibility, throughput, and proven reliability make it an excellent solution for regulated testing across environmental, food, pharmaceutical, and forensic applications.
