Returns and cancellations are governed by Section 5 of our Terms and Conditions of Sale, reproduced here. Returns of defective Products under warranty are handled under Section 8 and our warranty.

5.1 Cancellation before shipment. Buyer may cancel an accepted order before shipment by written notice. Because units are removed from sale and refurbishment or configuration begins on order acceptance, AMP Tech may retain a cancellation charge of twenty percent (20%) of the order price as liquidated damages. The balance of any deposit is refunded.

5.2 No returns without authorization. Products may be returned only with a Return Merchandise Authorization ("RMA") number issued by AMP Tech in writing. Shipments without an RMA will be refused or returned at Buyer's expense.

5.3 Non-defective returns. Where AMP Tech agrees to accept a return of a conforming Product, the Product must be returned within thirty (30) days of delivery, complete, undamaged, and in its original packaging, at Buyer's expense. A restocking fee of twenty percent (20%) applies. Custom-configured systems, special-order items, consumables, software, and Products that have been installed or placed in use are not returnable.
