Warranty Policies

Standard Warranty

Amp Tech Solutions LLC. provides a 30-day parts and labor warranty for all equipment unless otherwise specified. Should a product fail to meet advertised specifications within this period (starting from shipment date), we reserve the right to replace, repair, or refund at our discretion.

Warranty Service and Restrictions

Warranty service is conducted at our Orlando, Florida facility unless otherwise specified in writing. Buyers bear packing and transportation costs for warranty repair returns. This warranty constitutes the sole remedy available to purchasers from Amp Tech Solutions LLC.

Return Policies

Customer Satisfaction

If you're dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact us directly. We are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction.

Return Restrictions

However, items sold as "parts or repair/not working" cannot be returned. Returns due to buyer's misunderstanding or remorse may incur a 20% fee, if accepted.

Return Costs

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs, and original shipping fees are non-refundable. Items must be returned in the same condition received, inclusive of all accessories and packaging. Ensure safe and secure return shipping to prevent package refusal due to damage.
